Subscription FAQ's

Q:  WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

A:  You will be set-up on a recurring month payment that will be deducted the same date of each month that you joined the subscription. 

 Q:  CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

A:  Yes. This is a month-to-month subscription that is set to automatically renew each month.  If you wish to cancel, pause, or manage your subscription, you will need to log into your account in the portal to cancel no later than the 15th of the month.  Failure to do so will result in a possible charge and you will receive your box for that month.  Products are made to order and to ensure timely shipping, therefore, we are unable to refund you if cancellations are not made on or before the 15th. There will be no refunds issued.

 Q:  HOW DO I CHOOSE DIFFERENT FRAGRANCES FOR THE UPCOMING MONTHS?

A:  You will choose the fragrances for your 1st box during your initial subscription. If you would like the box(es) that follow to have different fragrances, please email Kblessdbutters@gmail.com NO LATER THAN THE 15TH OF THE MONTH. (Tip: email as soon as you receive your current month's box). There is no limit to the number of times you can change your fragrances; however, if the email is not received before the 15th, you will receive the fragrances that you originally selected when you began your subscription.

 Q:  WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY KBLESSD BEAUTY BOX TO SHIP?

A:  Orders placed on the 26th-12th of the month will be shipped on the 15th. Orders placed on the 13th – 25th of the month, will be shipped on the 30th.

  Q:  WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: KBlessd Butters is not responsible for any damaged items due to USPS handling. There are NO refunds or exchanges on beauty products. The return/exchange policy is strictly enforced as these are considered beauty and are not allowed to be resold/reused. Please Note: If you are unhappy with your fragrance, please be sure to send an email to update your next order by the 15th of the month.
